Color the world in which I live.
Echoes from the past, still rippling
The waters of my soul…deep within.

But You meet me there. Perfect Love drives out fear.
I repent, Lord, of judging You.
Shine Your light. Enlighten my eyes to see You
As You really are…to see You…as You really are.

Expectations created in my youth
Still cause my eyes to miss the truth.
The wounded heart of a child within me
Still playing hide and seek.
